20, 30, or 45-minute walks filled with fresh air, good sniffs, plenty of movement, and one very happy tail. Perfect for pups who need exercise, a midday adventure, or a break in their day.

Pet Check-Ins

In-home visits for dogs, cats, and other pets who need meals, meds, potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, or a little extra company while you’re away.

Overnight Stays

A real sleepover in your home. Your pet gets an overnight companion for bedtime, cuddles, morning routines, and all the comfort of staying right where they’re happiest.

Wedding Day Pet Attendant

Want your best friend there for the big day? We handle the walks, transportation, photos, ceremony wrangling, and behind-the-scenes pet care so they can be part of the celebration without adding another thing to your plate.

Step 1. Fill Out the  New Client Form

Complete our New Client Form and share a little about your pet, the care you’re looking for, and your upcoming consultation availability. We’ll review everything to make sure we're a good fit, then you’ll receive an email from our easy-to-use app inviting you to set up your client portal.

Step 2. Set Up the In-Person Consulation

We’ll schedule your in-person consultation to meet you and your pet, learn their routine, and make sure everything is ready for care.

Step 3. Set Up Services!

Once onboarding is complete, you’re officially ready to roll! Request services, manage your schedule, message our team, and follow along with visit updates all through the Time To Pet app.

    A: Yes! We are fully insured.

  • Q. Do you charge extra for multiple pets?

    A: No, Baytail Co does not charge additional per-pet fees. Our pricing is designed to be simple and transparent, so there are no extra charges just because you have more than one pet. We'll always help you choose the visit length that best fits your household's needs.

  • Q. Do you board pets?

    A: No, we do not board pets. Instead of boarding, we provide in-home care by staying in your home so your pet can remain comfortable in their familiar environment. This helps reduce stress, keeps their routine consistent, and allows them to receive personalized, one-on-one care while you’re away. Click the button below to learn more about our Overnight Care!

  • Q. Do you offer membership plans?

    A: We don’t offer traditional memberships, but we do offer weekly recurring discounts for both Dog Walks and Pet Check-Ins. Book 2–3 visits per week and save 10%, or 4+ visits per week and save 15%, plus priority booking and more consistent visit times.

  • Q. Do I need to schedule a consultation before booking?

    A: Yes! All new clients are required to complete an in-person consultation before their first service. This gives us the opportunity to meet you and your pet, learn about their unique needs and routines, and ensure we're the right fit. It's an important first step in providing the personalized, attentive care your pet deserves!

    A: Absolutely! After each completed visit, you'll receive a personalized update through the Time To Pet app, including photos and details about your pet's care.

  • Q. How will you access my home?

    A: For security and convenience, Baytail Co does not collect or retain physical house keys. Clients are responsible for providing a secure, reliable method of entry, such as a lockbox, smart lock, or approved keyless entry system. Access instructions are securely documented in your client profile so our team can access your home safely during scheduled visits.
